D-Squad was a squad of B1 battle droids that worked with the Separatist holdout on the planet Agamar during the Rebellion against the Empire. During a battle with forces from the Galactic Empire, D-Squad would fight alongside rebel members, Kanan Jarrus, CT-7567, Garazeb Orrelios, and Ezra Bridger to help defeat the Imperial forces and escape off the planet with Kalani.

The naming of this battle droid squadron, D-Squad, is possibly a reference to the squad of Republic droids called D-Squad that was seen in a story arc during the Clone Wars t.v. series.
