Hutt Space was a province of the galaxy dominated by the Hutt species.
History[]
Hutt Space was located galactic eastwards of the Core Worlds region. It held many Hutt colony worlds, as well as their homeworld, Nal Hutta, and its infamous moon, Nar Shaddaa. Other notable worlds included Toydaria, Kessel and Dandoran.
After the death of Jabba Desilijic Tiure, Hutt Space was thrown into turmoil as rival Hutts fought to divide Jabba's former territory. In the disarray, the colony world Nar Kanji saw its human slave population rise up against their Hutt overlords and overthrow them. The Kanjiklub Gang of ex-slaves hailed from this planet.
