Lawrence "Larry" Anderson Ward (October 2, 1944 - October 15, 2007) was a Berkeley-based linguist and voice actor who developed the Huttese language alongside Ben Burtt on Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. He also provided the voices for Greedo in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope and Jabba the Hutt in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, the 1997 special edition of A New Hope, and Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.
