Meebur Gascon was a Zilkin colonel and leader of D-Squad. The squad stole an encryption module from a Separatist Providence-class dreadnought commanded by Aut-O. Despite the success of their mission, the squad crashed their shuttle on the planet Abafar. While stranded on the desert world, the droids encountered a clone commando designated CC-5576-39 ("Gregor"). With the clone's help, Gascon and his squad managed to leave Abafar and also prevented the destruction of the Valor space station before finally returning to the Republic.
After his mission with D-Squad, Gascon achieved his aspiration of obtaining the rank of Brigadier General.
