For more events see Timeline The skirmish took place when Minister Rish Loo was revealed a traitor and was manipulating Boss Lyonie into doing his bidding with an ancient necklace. An attack on Theed with the Gungans and the Separatists was about to take place up on the surface and Rish Loo dispatched Commando droids before escaping.
Prelude[]
Jar Jar Binks sent troubling word that Boss Lyonie was making weird decisions and was choosing to side with the Confederacy of Independent Systems in their attack on Theed. When Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala arrived they discovered that Rish Loo had given Lyonie a necklace and tricked him into thinking it would give him power.
The Skirmish[]
Anakin broke the necklace off the Boss Gungan and freed him from Rish Loo's influence. They went to Rish Loo's office where he released BX-series droid commandos on them and they were forced to fight of the droids. Rish Loo severely injured Boss Lyonie and then escaped despite Anakin's efforts to stop him.
Aftermath[]
Rish Loo lied to the Gungans above and said that Lyonie had been killed and that is last wish was to attack the Naboo.
