Agent Kallus attempted to send a message to the rebels of Phoenix rebel cell to let them know that Grand Admiral Thrawn knew of their plans to attack the Imperials on Lothal but Thrawn followed him to Ezra Bridger's old tower where Kallus managed to send the words "Thrawn knows." Thrawn and Kallus engaged in hand to hand combat where at first Kallus came out on top. Thrawn eventually knocked Kallus down and his Death Troopers arrested the rebel spy.
