Description[]
The Security Stormtroopers were an unknown elite variant of the Imperial Stormtrooper with black pauldrons that were responsible for the security of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin and Grand Admiral Thrawn. When Imperial Agent Alexsandr Kallus and the The Grand Inquisitor were sent to insure the success of Jedi Kanan Jarrus, they guarded the imperial Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin as he arrive on the Lothal Communications Tower. When he arrived, the guards ensure the security and safety of the imperial Grand Moff, Imperial Agent Alexsandr Kallus and the Grand Inquisitor who were also present at the time. In the Chimaera, these troopers ensure the ultimate safety and utmost security of the imperial Grand Admiral Thrawn.
Visit to Lothal[]
Upon receiving word of Tarkin's arrival, the Inquisitor, Agent Kallus and Lothal Prime Minister Maketh Tua, await Tarkin's "honored" arrival with many imperial soldiers. Upon the "honored" visit by the imperial Grand Moff himself, due to the failed efforts of the Agent, the inquisitor, and the prime minister to wipe the Lothal rebel insurgency, and the presence of the cell pose danger to his life, Tarkin had the two troopers, who were on his shuttle upon his visit to Lothal, devote their lives to the safety of the imperial Grand Moff. After the success achieved by Kallus and the Inquisitor to capture Kanan Jarrus alive, Tarkin went to the location of the jedi with his elite stromtroopers in a Imperial Patrol Gunship and was pleased by the success of the Agent and the Inqusitor.
Fire Across The Galaxy[]
With the capture of Kanan Jarrus, the Spectres rushed to the rescue. After a series of events, the rebels successfully loctaed him in the Star Destroyer of Governor Tarkin, the Sovereign. After the rebels arrived at the ship, they rushed to rescue Jarrus. After receiving word of the unexpected arrival of the rebels, Tarkin had instructed a continuous all-clear signal to be sent to all shipes in the sector. With the signal being interrupted, these troopers were immediately sent to locate the rebels in the Sovereign. Their leader, who was unexpected stunned by Jedi Padawan Ezra Bridger, managed to survive and continue pursuing the rebels with the rest of the troopers sent, until the escape of the rebels.
Crawler Commandeers[]
After the Spectres arrive on Lothal, they realise the Empire is locking down the planet harshly, making the planet hard to recognise. Mining Guild Ore Crawlers also excavated the planet's surface for raw minerals to feed the Imperial war machine, razing vast tracts of Lothal's plains and hurting the planet badly. After a series of events which made the Empire alerted of the rebels' presence, the rebels found themselves in the crawler of Cikatro Vizago himself. The rebels liberated the slaves including Vizago; who had been enslaved for smuggling in rebels and puffer pigs. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, one of these troopers came to the crawler with squads of Stormtroopers for inspection, giving the rebels no choice but to act as staff of the crawler while the troopers inspect the crawler. After their inspection, they left without discovering the presence of the rebels.
Aboard the Chimaera[]
Aboard the Chimaera, these soldiers wore a black pauldron with a chimaera symbol engraved on it. One trooper guarded Thrawn's office as Lieutenant Yogar Lyste and Agent Alexsandr Kallus are being interrogated by Imperial Security Bureau Colonel Wullf Yularen and Grand Admiral Thrawn himself. However, the guard was defeated by Dark Troopers reprogrammed by Agent Kallus which, eventually, was defeated by the Grand Admiral.
Weapons Used[]
The leaders of this squad carry DLT-19 heavy blaster rifles while the other members all used standard stormtrooper E-11 medium blaster rifles. Aboard the Chimaera, all of these soldiers use standard stormtrooper E-11 medium blaster rifles.[1]
